This policy explains how returns and refunds work for orders placed on zeek.you. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Returning an item

• Items must be sent back within 5 days of delivery, depending on the product category.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging, in the same condition as when you received them.
• The cost of sending an item back is paid by the customer.
• Acceptance of returns is at Zeek's discretion, subject to the applicable laws of the territory.

Refunds

We may offer refunds at our discretion, in particular for product pricing issues and/or failed deliveries.

Refunds are made by way of coupons, store credits, vouchers, transfers, or such other methods as we may determine from time to time.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return, using the contact form (choose "Returns & Refunds"), by email at hello@zeek.you, or by phone on +234 911 049 7316. We'll let you know whether the item can be returned and where to send it.

Changes to this policy

Changes to our returns and refunds policy apply to all purchases made from the date the change is published on our website.
